I had gestational diabetes for my second child. It was so frustrating that I had to prick myself so many times a day just to be sure my levels are not so low or so high. Moving on to years later I was told I’m prediabetic. I’m sure misdiagnosed coz my vitamin D levels were low. With that in mind. I truly wanted to have my own test kit. The last old was from years ago and was a hassle with batteries and codes. This one is good, rechargeable with common cables and gives actual readings than just codes. The phone app is good, with all reads log maintained automatically. Now, test at home myself, to see if my glucose levels would go up or go way down. So far so good!

Mobile app allows storing additional info, like medicines, exercise. with each reading. Has auto SMS reminders. Plan to test the web-portal soon. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.
